Job in a nutshell
Our Exely team is dynamic and multicultural, we celebrate diversity and foster a collaborative work environment. We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Specialist in HR Team who will enhance our internal communications and support event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with vendors to prepare and distribute branded gifts for special occasions and welcome packs for newcomers all around the world;

• Enhance and manage programs like the English-Speaking Club, Random Coffee, Internal Ambassadors to foster community and engagement among employees;

• Organize and facilitate community-building activities and initiatives;

• Planning and executing events, online and offline, up to 200+ participants, for example, company anniversary or Employee Appreciation Day;

• Provide travel assistance and support to team members as needed.

You'll be a good fit if:

• You have 1+ years' experience in event planning in a remote environment;

• You know how to organize projects – roadmaps, milestones, customer journey maps and NPS are not just words for you;

• Experience with supplier's portfolio management, budgeting and so on;

• Your English is B2+ and you're native Russian speaker;

• You are creative and attentive to details;

• You love people and willing to understand different cultures;

• Ability to work independently and in a remote team setting;
  Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Canva, AHA slides, MO365 and other software is a plus.
