About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to oversee and manage the Frontline Sales Specialists team, driving results and ensuring consistent performance. This is a full-time position where you’ll be responsible for increasing the number of meetings scheduled by your team, managing and coaching team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.
Your Mission
As a Sales Team Lead, you will lead a team of Frontline Sales Specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their targets. You will ensure the team is consistently achieving the desired outcomes, maintaining a clean CRM system, and following the processes set in place. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment that drives success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team and drive results, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Maintain a clean and organized CRM system, ensuring no overdue tasks.
Provide regular reporting on team performance and results.
Work closely with each team member, providing motivation, support, and guidance to improve performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and group calls to ensure seamless operation by identifying and resolving any workflow issues.
Monitor the team's performance, ensuring processes are followed and improvements are implemented.
Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to improve performance.
Answer questions and provide support in the team chat.
Develop and maintain work processes, including creating regulations, checklists, and internal guidelines.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a Team Lead position.
Ability to motivate, guide, and develop sales team members.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (B2-C1 level).
Ability to drive results and build a results-driven culture.
Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary of $1,000, plus performance-based bonuses, with potential monthly earnings of up to $2,500.
Availability for remote work or in-office work in Dubai.
5/2 work schedule (9 AM – 6 PM Dubai time).
